Birdtours2asia has the best value around when it comes to specialist guided

birding tours in Asia.  We  have a limited but exciting choice of tours that are

meticulously planned to get you to the best birds in a most enjoyable and friendly

atmosphere. Our tours are professionally guided by an experienced leader, a

friend who will get you a wonderful and hassle-free holiday.

 

What makes Birdtours2asia so special ?

 

Asia is our home , no wonder we know the area so well and most

importantly this is why we can keep costs low as we are centrally based in

the very area that our tours go to.

 

All inclusive tours at very reasonable costs is what we aim for.  Most

other bird tour companies do not include all the drinks and snacks, all tips,

local departure taxes or more. 

It is perfectly possible to join a B2A trip and not spend a single cent extra.

 

No single room supplement charges because we want to warmly welcome

‘single’ travelling birders.  A feature of all other bird tour companies is high

single supplements, a major drawback for many.  We won’t set you up with a

roommate you’ve never seen before as the others do to avoid supplements, you

simply get your very own room.  Please note that all the accommodation we

use on our tours is of a very high quality with modern air-con rooms the norm.

 

Small group sizes is what we have, not what we promise. 

Six (6) participants + 1 leader is our absolute maximum without exceptions!  

 

Your tour leader is specialized in Asian birding and more precisely just those

limited number of countries our tours run to.  Your guide does know the areas

you’ll visit thoroughly rather than to be someone hauled all over the world

without that bit extra.  The leader of a Birdtours2asia trip does understand that

the tour is about you having a great time enjoying the birdlife as well as to give

everyone the special personal attention they deserve.

 

Detailed trip lists of all the birds seen on a tour reach your e-mail account

soon after a tour!  A full tour report and photos you may expect little later.

 

  Tom Bex grew up in Belgium, but quickly expanded his

  horizons and has been birding in Asia ever since.

  His interests focus on the distribution and population

  trends of forest birds.  This has enhanced his knowledge

  of conservation issues, as well as other related subjects,

  such as environment and evolution.

  While not busy as the director of Birdtours 2 asia, Tom

  always enjoys exploring new areas and is particularly

  keen on birding in the remote and little known forests

  of South East Asia.
